As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing go-to-market strategy for the virtual tabletop live service, using your deep understanding of the gaming industry and target audiences to drive product awareness, adoption, and loyalty for various campaigns and content. This position requires a strategic leader who can drive go-to-market planning and blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to achieve measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with a variety of partners and teams to ensure successful launches. Take D&D to the next level with our new virtual tabletop (codenamed "Sigil") built in Unreal 5. Designed to make D&D faster, easier, and even more visually exciting, the D&D VTT will bring D&D to new audiences and platforms. And we need specialists to join the party and share with the world what the next generation of D&D play will be. What You'll Do: Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for virtual tabletop campaign – prioritizing launch features, target audiences, defining unique value propositions for content, and integrating first-party and partnerships into the plan. Lead internal marketing cross-functional teams – kicking off campaign development and ensuring alignment in product positioning and marketing efforts across the marketing funnel. Lead all aspects of relationships wi`h external partners to develop well-rounded marketing plans, creative assets, social media plans, and content to support key franchise initiatives. Drive the continuous development of our player growth – collaborating with consumer insights to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities to create tailored product messaging and feed into seasonal go-to-market plans and campaigns. Partner with the Development and Product Management teams to fully understand the product slate, represent their vision in our marketing campaigns, and provide feedback as needed to shape future product development. Build and nurture relationships with key gaming personalities and establish the game as a leader through strategic partnerships and participation with creators. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience in product marketing within the gaming industry, with in-depth knowledge of the gaming, streaming and esports ecosystems. Entrepreneurial spirit is a must, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Creative problem solver with a strategic approach and passion for gaming. The ability to articulate strategies and plans in a way any partner can understand. A data-informed curiosity for finding out what works better. A bias for action—you are a “do-er,” a self-starter, and you take initiative. A deep dedication to collaboration and teamwork—you strive to make the team and the company better. An empathetic approach to working relationships, especially in support of your team. Able to adapt quickly to changing business priorities as directed by team lead. Excellent listening skills and able to take constructive feedback well. Solid understanding of TTRPG game culture and communities, active member of the D&D community a significant plus. Nice to Have: Deep experience using digital D&D tools, such as D&D Beyond.
