Professor of Practice in Engineering Leadership Programs

The Engineering Leadership Program at Cornell University is seeking faculty to join our team of talented, passionate professionals committed to developing the team and leadership capabilities of engineers. Cornell Engineering holds the radical view that all engineers need a strong foundation in followership, leadership, teamwork, and ethical communication; and that all engineering students have the right to high-quality personal and professional development as part of their education.

Since its inception in 2012, the Cornell Engineering Leadership Program has established a strong track record of success that engenders trust and collaboration among stakeholders within and outside the College of Engineering. Faculty will collaborate with the Executive Director to develop, deliver, and manage additional offerings and supportive technology that advance our strategic priorities. There is significant opportunity for program leadership and institution-building.
