Job description

Our Sacramento Plant Manager is switching to a different location and is seeking his replacement before the switch. We have an immediate need for highly capable, professional, and experienced Plant Managers, Project Managers, or Production Foremans!

This is a full-time position in Sacramento at our sheet metal manufacturing and distribution facility. Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, paying between $25/hr-$30/hr. Review the job requirements and job duties below and apply if you feel you are a fit.

Requirements/Job Duties;

• Manage up to 30 individuals
• Assist in general sheet-metal manufacturing plant operations
• Plan, develop, and enable operations directly
• Become an expert in sheet metal, learning various cuts, sizes, and product lines
• Must have leadership experience
• Innovate, lead, and guide the company towards it's vision
• Support administrative operations
• Work alongside the Foreman and General Manager
