Job description

Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Ø Review of subcontractor quotes for project buyout
Ø Review of material quotes for procurement to ensure timely delivery
Ø Create and maintain CPM project schedules for owner and subcontractors
Ø Establish and meet project goals and milestones
Ø Complete submittal review as needed
Ø Create & submit RFI's
Ø Schedule and conduct project and coordination meeting with owner – as needed
Ø Schedule and conduct project meetings with subcontractors – as needed
Ø Assist project superintendent with planning, quality control and subcontractor relationships.
Ø Documentation of project challenges and progress
Ø Review and prepare all potential change orders (PCOs) and prime contract change orders (PCCOs).
Ø Project budget management
Ø Ability to successfully resolve conflicts during a project
Ø Knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety requirements
Ø Management of monthly payment applications
Ø Assess and mitigate risks during projects
Ø Management of closeout documents and procedures
Ø Willingness to learn and teach
