Perfusionist
SpecialtyCare is the largest provider of perfusion services in the United States. With our national presence and local professionals, we support 1 in 8 of all heart surgeries in the country. We are looking for an additional Staff Perfusionist to join our team in Akron, Ohio team. Newly restructured team, focused on work/life balance! 5 total perfusion team who support 4 surgeons. The team performs 450-500 open heart, tavis and ep cases per year and around 70 HIPEC cases at Cleveland clinic per year. Each perfusionist pumps approximately 80-100 cases per year. Great team who work very well together and provide support. This team covers all adult OPH cases with limited ATS and ECMO coverage.

Position Requirements - Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program.
- Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist.
- Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
