The Opportunity: Build an iconic, global brand with a legendary CEO and high-performing team at the world's #1 personal growth company. You get to work directly with our CEO, Brendon Burchard, widely regarded as one of the most successful marketers and online teachers in the world. You'll lead a growing team, manage multi-million dollar budgets, and get your hands dirty in the fun grit of world-class digital marketing: from strategy with the CEO, quarterbacking our app marketing, leading our new enterprise offerings, co-designing high-converting funnels, overseeing strategy for our 6 million fans, forming partnerships that generate leads, and managing the branding and growth of this innovative software company. And, of course, you get to follow your obsession of increasing CAC, retention and LTV. What You Will Do In This Role: - You'll drive consumer subscriber growth initiatives with an internal, hands-on approach.
- You will learn, optimize and grow our marketing funnels and enterprise SAAS offerings that generate tens of millions of dollars and serve over 6 millions fans worldwide. This will be your obsession for your first six months.
- Simultaneously, you will help the team develop OKRs and manage content rhythm and analytics.
- Next, you'll work with our product teams to fully integrate our brands, customer journeys and communications within the software and beyond.
- Finally, you'll lead a wider branding effort with partnerships, enterprise sales materials, and the launch and development of our blogs and podcast network.
- You'll become a key member of the executive team and enjoy the awesome energy and results we bring to this mission every single day.
- You will work from home and you will sleep at night knowing you tangibly helped people on their personal growth journey. You won't just think you're changing people's lives: you'll be able to see it, hear it, measure it.
You Are What We Are Looking For If: - You have at least 7 years digital marketing experience and you know how to DO things, not just pontificate about "brand" and "customer avatars." If you've never personally managed a marketing team and did real work like writing a sales email or funnel, improving a webpage, or obsessing about copywriting and improving performance-based marketing, then this isn't for you. Your experience PROVES you know how to build online marketing campaigns and improve ROAS, CAC, retention and LTV with a team. If you don't know it, you can't lead it here. This means, no "brand" philosophers please.
- You understand how app and software companies do marketing but you also get the high-converting mastery used by modern digital marketers and influencers.
- You've managed an ad budget of millions of dollars and you knew exactly what you had to do to double it without losing performance.
- You geek out about marketing metrics and you can prove you know marketing data and what matters most. (We'll ask you).
- You can manage cross-channel marketing budgets and campaigns: from web, to app install, to tv and podcasts.
- You've led web conversion for a SaaS organization and you love MRR and ARR like you love your dog or cat.
- You're hungry to work with our founder and you are looking to roll up your sleeves and grow with a team on fire for its mission!
- You LOVE working with a small team across socials, web, product and guiding them into epic performance numbers.
- You're humble. You're never condescending to your team. You care deeply about humans and it shows up in the way you empathize and encourage others.
- You've spent years studying the best marketers. You're an OG but you love to experiment and you love the changing environment we're in.
- You can handle the realities of a software startup - the edge, the adaptability, the iteration, the sprints, the joys and messes in building and organizing teams. You're here for it!

Compensation
$140,000 - $160,000 USD
