Adecco Staffing is hiring a Vendor Return/Quality Control Professional in Keene, NH. This is a contract-hire opportunity!
Pay/Salary Range: $18/hr. - $22.00/hr.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
Return to Vendor (RTV) Coordinator job responsibilities include:
RTV Process Execution:
Receive and review RTV requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for the return process.
Prepare and organize returned products for shipment, ensuring compliance with vendor requirements.
Vendor Communication:
Communicate with vendors to obtain return authorizations and shipping instructions.
Maintain regular communication with vendors to track return shipments and ensure timely processing.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of RTV requests, including tracking numbers, reasons for returns, and product conditions.
Ensure all necessary documentation, such as packing slips and return labels, is prepared, and included with return shipments.
Quality Assurance: • Inspect returned products for damages or discrepancies and report findings to relevant departments.
Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure returned products meet specified criteria.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline the RTV process and improve efficiency.
Provide feedback on vendor performance and suggest improvements to the overall return process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or a similar role is desirable.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
