AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks is located in downtown Cincinnati at The Banks, adjacent to the Great American Ballpark, and Small Park. Overview:

What a fabulous opportunity to lead the amazing team at the AC Hotel at the Banks in downtown Cincinnati!

The General Manager has overall responsibility for the successful operation of the hotel and for meeting or exceeding its financial objectives.

The General Manager:

• Positive Culture Builder within our People-First organization.
• Directs the total operation of the hotel to maintain established cost and quality standards.
• Attains projected revenue and profit levels.
• Achieves guest satisfaction goals and ensures maintenance and security of the hotel's physical assets.
• Develops and updates the hotel business plan and monitors financial performance.
• Administers company policy and procedures.
• Assures staff are recruited, selected, trained, counseled and rewarded to maintain performance standards while while promoting our People First Culture.

Qualifications:

• College degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Accounting/Finance, Business or equivalent preferred.
• Proven record as a successful leader as a General Manager showing positive financial and employee engagement survey results.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Extensive Food and Beverage background required.
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience of leading a hotel.

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $130,000.00/Yr. - $140,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
