Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the strategic growth through continuous improvement projects, testing and quality support, and documentation.



What You Will Be Doing


- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Leverage software tools for data analysis, process monitoring, and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robotic solutions
- Assist in conducting testing and inspections on materials, components, and finished products
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions



What You Need for this Position


- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field, and/or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of professional/internship experience in manufacturing


You should know some of the following:
- CAD/CAM
- Robotics/Automation
- ISO 9001
- ERP
- Continuous Improvement (Lean/Kaizen)
