**Position Title:** Remote Call Center Representative
**Compensation:** $13.25 to $16.50 per hour (Estimated pay)
**Location:** Fully Remote

**Schedule Availability:** Flexible, Rep controls own schedule
**Training Availability:** 1-4 Weeks
**Position Description:**
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer care across a variety of industries? We are seeking a dedicated Remote Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, offering product/service information and efficiently resolving any concerns they may have. Our diverse clientele spans industries including roadside assistance, telecommunications, entertainment, home improvement, retail, electricity, hospitality, travel, and tourism.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and professionalism.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries.
- Coordinate service dispatch when necessary.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their inquiries.
- Proactively engage in upselling opportunities.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of all interactions.
**Requirements:**
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:**
- Demonstrated ability to remain resilient and empathetic in challenging situations.
- Self-discipline to manage own schedule effectively.
- Proficiency in utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously.
- Strong customer focus with adaptability to diverse personalities.
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
**Qualifications:**
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- US resident (excluding specific states).
- Minimum 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**Workstation Requirements:**
**Laptop/Desktop:**
- Processor: Intel i-class (i5+ or higher).
- Storage: 60 GB usable memory or higher.
- RAM: 4 GB or higher.
- Operating System: Windows 10.
**Phone Service Requirement Options:**
- Landline or VoIP Phone Line.
- Call Center Dialpad with Headset provided.
**Internet Requirements:**
- Download Speed: 10 mbps or higher.
- Upload Speed: 3 mbps or higher.
- Wired connection from Desktop/Laptop to Router/Modem required.
**Additional Information:**
- This is not a telemarketing position.
- All communications routed directly to workstation.
