Personal Lines CSR – Independent Insurance Brokerage – Base Salary to 55k/year – Doral, FL

• Our client, a 20+ year family-owned and growing insurance broker, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines CSR. This company prides itself on its excellent customer service record and boasts impressive employee tenure.

Responsibilities:

• In this Personal Lines CSR role, you will be responsible for servicing small to midsized Homeowners and Auto accounts. Responsibilities will include quoting, re-quoting, handling renewals, answering billing and service questions and developing new business. You will be responsible for understanding policy options as well as providing excellent customer service to your clients.

Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of Insurance experience as it pertains to personal lines
• Florida P&C 440 or 220 license
• Experience with Homeowners and Auto accounts preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 45k – 55k/year range
• Opportunity for commission
