Leading a team of 7-10 people

Inventory Control

Incoming and Outgoing product

Using Computer and ERP system

• Compiles and maintains records of all product in the facility
• Locates missing material within the facility
• Counts material and supplies in stock
• Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
• Verifies inventory count and invesigates erros or misplaced items
• Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
• Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
• Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.
• Requires repetitive lifting of up to lift 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of recent experience working in a stockroom type environment
• Experience leading or supervising a team of 5+ employees
• Experience using an ERP system to track inventory
• Ability to understand incoming and outgoing product within a facility, track its location and investigate incorrect storage or counts
• Needs to have experience working with small parts and numbers
• Ability to do math and work with numbers and counts
