We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Janitorial and Property Management field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional networking skills, and a deep understanding of the janitorial and property management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the janitorial and property management sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of new client acquisition and existing account management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the janitorial and property management field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of janitorial services and property management practices.
