How you'll make an impact - Conduct loss and operational analysis, assessing adherence to best practices, standards and regulations, and developing and/or utilizing existing plans and materials required to achieve successful implementation of risk improvement programs.
- Apply understanding of client business, risk, risk profile and risk control service techniques to address client needs promptly and professionally, contributing to business growth and retention goals.
- Establish and execute project plans with professional and consistent deliverables, accessing and deploying resources (including industry niche and subject matter experts, team members, carrier resources and 3rd party partners).
- Provide efficient and cost effective service, pro-actively managing renewals, actively engaging and participating in account planning, working groups and strategic reviews.
- Work with NRC leadership to identify opportunities where client expectations and/or consultative solutions may drive additional revenue.
- Actively support processes, procedures, growth strategies, and contributes to continuous improvement.
About you Required:
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience;
- 3 years' related experience in Safety, Risk, or Insurance.
- Ability to obtain appropriate licenses in all states where business is conducted.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and work outside or normal business hours as required.
- Ability to perform work on varied customer properties; entails negotiating non-public access areas, climbing, lifting, sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time.
