Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice to clients. Conduct rigorous legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda. Prepare and review pleadings, memos, briefs, discovery, motions with supporting briefs, and other legal correspondence. Engage in formal correspondence with opposing counsel and other parties. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
We're looking for someone who: Has 3 years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation matters; OR Complex commercial litigation experience; Is admitted to practice in New Jersey, additional admissions are a plus; Possesses excellent academic credentials; Exceptional legal writing and communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects; Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
The NJ office offers a hybrid model of work with 2 - 3 days a week in the office.
