Responsibilities

What you’ll do…

Work full-time at the Arcfield Rome, NY office with only general supervision.
Support a team of approximately 35 engineers.
Perform a variety of program activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources.
Review and edit contract deliverables submitted to our government customers.
Monitor contract deliverable requirements to ensure all customer requirements are met.
Review and edit supporting documentation for software deliveries and create labels for outbound software.
Print and bind training documentation for training classes. For training events at customer sites, coordinate shipments to have documents on-site prior to training.
Provide travel reservation and expense reporting assistance.
Support conference event registration and coordination.
Provide support for meeting and events such as facility coordination, facility access coordination, and arranging food/beverages.
Coordinate shipment of systems to customer sites.
Coordinate receipt of equipment to ensure proper company and government tracking is performed.
Support processes associated with secure handling of product information.

Qualifications

Required:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well with others.
Must be detail orientated.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
HS 4-5 Years

Desired:

Strong background with MS Word.
Ability to accurately coordinate actions and deadlines associated with multiple tasks running in parallel.
Ability to recognize and suggest opportunities for process improvement.
Experience with travel coordination and shipping processes.

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation. Min: $31,809.17 - Max: $76,436.96
