Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service which would include quoting, policy changes, Evidence and Certificates of Insurance. Policy coverage and billing questions.

Account Manager Requirements

• P&C license
• Experience preferred
• Applied management system
• Demonstrate skill in all aspects of professionally managing an existing commercial and personal lines book of business
• Rewrite and relationship building 
• Agency Billing experience (a plus)

Account Manager Responsibilities

• Process changes and report claims for current clients
• Provide certificates and evidence of insurance
• Answer client questions and support policy changes
