Job description
The Wraparound Team Supervisor is responsible for assuring the overall provision of intensive home based services and intensive care coordination to all Wraparound program youth. The Wraparound Team Supervisor is expected to exercise independent professional judgment and discretion in the leadership of the Facilitators and Child and Family Specialists and demonstrate a commitment to the services and values of the agency. Wraparound staff must complete all training requirements per DMH contract within the first year of employment. The Wraparound Team Supervisor reports directly to the Wraparound Program Manager.
Requirements
1. Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work or Psychology.
2. Four (4) years mental health services experience, intensive program experience preferred.
3. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
4. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.
5. Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program.
6. Valid California Driver's License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.
Competitive Salary: $65,000-$80,000
$2,000 Signing Bonus-Receive first half of the $2,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after 6 months of employment.
