Job description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Estate Planning Attorney to join our esteemed law firm. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal guidance, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued success of our team.

What You'll Do:
Offer expert legal advice and counsel on wills, trusts, probate, and tax matters.
Draft, review, and edit various estate planning documents.
Conduct in-depth legal research to support client strategies.
Partner with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and protect their assets.
Represent clients in legal proceedings (if necessary).
Manage caseloads effectively while prioritizing timely and high-quality client service.
Oversee document execution and participate in client education initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Continuously learn and stay updated on evolving estate planning laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (specify state).
Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning law or a related area.
Strong knowledge of estate planning procedures, laws, regulations, and tax implications.
Proven experience in trust administration, probate, and client service.
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research databases, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple complex cases and meet deadlines.
Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Compensation: $35 - $50 hourly (part-time or full-time)
