The
Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for processing transactions and maintaining financial records, while collaborating across teams. Accounting Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Collaborate with departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Support the preparation of financial reports and analyses
Accounting Coordinator Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2+ years of General Ledger Accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
