We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Lead Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Project Objectives/ Scope
The goal of this project is to enhance the user experience for the V2MOM platform and GPT
integration by achieving the following objectives:
1. Future Vision iterations - Improve and integrate conversational AI (GPT) effectively into the
V2MOM product & process. (UX/UI Recommendations)
2. Continued feature and enhancements on the, Einstein AI Features, and Future V2MOM
Vision. (Iterate)
3. Design for varied needs across roles and different personas for example the needs of an IC
verses Leadership.
4. Continued support on current vision - to meet Business requirements and end user needs
(with product manager)
5. Dashboards - Improve the usability and functionality of the V2MOM Dashboard in Tableau
and Org Health Dashboard. (collaborate with UX Researcher on findings in Q1)
6. Ensure seamless integration of check-in data from Org62 to Workday
7. Design a user-friendly prototype for copying Methods/Measures from previous V2MOM
iterations and managers V2MOM.
8. Design and incorporate additional features, enhancements and experience that supports
validated
research insights
9. Support to experience of intuitive Task Hub Integration with Slack for V2MOM reminders.
10. Support the Org62 migration to Peopleforce (when needed) with UX testing.

1. UX Design Concepts/Prototypes for V2MOM & GPT Integration. (Current & Future Vision)

2. UX Design Concepts/Prototypes for V2MOM Dashboard and Org Health Dashboard (Figma)
3. Interactive Prototypes for User Testing + Research
4. Final UX Design Files and Specifications for Engineering Implementation
5. UX Design Documentation and Guidelines + consulting for implementation
UX Designer Responsibilities:
● Lead UX design efforts to enhance the V2MOM platform and GPT integration, focusing on
improving user experience and meeting business and end-user needs.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and UX
research, to understand user needs and business objectives.
● Conduct user research and usability testing, translating findings into actionable design
decisions and iterations.
● Create and refine UX design concepts and prototypes for the V2MOM and GPT integration, as
well as V2MOM Dashboard and Org Health Dashboard.
● Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility and localization standards, working closely with
UX Engineers.
● Facilitate usability testing sessions, incorporating feedback into design iterations to ensure
optimal user experience.
● Deliver high-quality UX design files and specifications for engineering implementation, along
with comprehensive design documentation and guidelines.
● Support the integration of task reminders with Slack
Expected Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI
design projects, especially in enhancing platforms and integrating technologies such as GPT.
● Strong ability to work independently as the sole Senior UX Designer, with a track record of
successfully leading projects.
● The ability to empathise with users and see the product from their perspective is essential for
creating a user-centered design.
● Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design
improvements.
● Expertise in creating UX/UI design concepts, prototypes, and interactive prototypes for user
testing.
● Visual Design: Strong in UI visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and
layout, to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Ensure interface look and work across
devices and screen sizes and designs are accessible for all users.
● Figma is our go to tool for prototypes.
● An advantage is having a basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS,
JavaScript) to ensure UI and designs feasible and easier to implement.
● Advantage: familiarity with Salesforce standards and the ability to ensure designs are
efficiently implemented and meet quality standards. (SLDS Design System)
● Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones and
with cross-functional teams.
● Strong communication skills, capable of facilitating feedback sessions and presenting design
concepts and iterations. Good story teller to help communicate direction and recommendations.
