We are seeking a bright, and energetic Office Support to work at the corporate office. The candidate will handle answering phones on multiple lines, filing, data entry, copying, distributing and posting mail, scanning, merging files, handling special projects, and performing various administrative and clerical duties, among other things. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task and have strong organizational and time-management skills.
This employee will provide help to all departments in need, allowing them to grow their skills and knowledge and ultimately grow within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English very well.
Experience in handling multiple line phones is a plus
Ability to use a personal computer and has excellent knowledge of email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Power Pointe.
Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, copier.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and get along with others.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Enjoys working independently, but also works well with a variety of people and personalities.
Ability to multi-task.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and extraordinary energy and a wonderful personality.
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $19.00 (Hourly)
Property: Corporate Office (Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 6:00p.m.)
