We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Outside Sales/Lead Generator to join our team. The Sales Lead Generator will be responsible for handling the leads we receive from our partnership with Lowes . The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and have the ability to talk to potential leads in the field. Proven success in working calmly yet definitively within a fast-paced environment may raise you to the top of the pool of candidates.

Pay Scale: Hourly Pay Depending on Experience + Spiffs/Incentives

Schedule: Flexible scheduling. Will discuss availability.

Job Duties:

• Greet and converse with customers inside Lowes stores (this would be similar to working a booth at a trade/home show)
• Set appointments for HVAC products and services
• Scheduling and coordinating all new leads
• Performing exceptional, timely communication with the sales team
• Asking probing questions to leads to get pertinent information about their needs

Required Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
• Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable approaching customers in the field
• Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Must have experience working in-person customer service or retail roles in the past
• Must maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals
• HVAC or related trade experience is a plus
