Department: Client Experience
Our Client Experience team is an adaptable, positive, and dedicated group that works directly with clients and third parties to schedule meetings with their attorney and ensure those meetings run smoothly. As a member of the Client Experience team, you will regularly follow up with clients, gather confidential client information, and correspond with clients via emails and phone calls regarding their appointments.
About Your Role
McCullough Law is seeking a full-time, career-minded Scheduling Assistant to join our growing company. This role needs someone who can provide exceptional, elevated client service every time. The ideal candidate for this position is personable, proactive, organized, and one who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Client Relations to ensure all client information and documents, and calendar events are accurate
- Coordinate calls, meetings, and consultations with clients’ financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
- Cultivate strong and trusted relationships with clients and third-party professionals through prompt and accurate communication
- Provide professional communication in various mediums including in person, phone calls, texts, email, and fax
- Monitor and report on Client Experience goals, workflows, productivity, and deadlines
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as applicable
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2 years of professional experience or 1 year of scheduling experience preferred
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proven customer relationship management (CRM) experience, specifically in building client relationships and providing consistent, elevated client experiences
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Effective time management and organization to meet and exceed deadlines
- Proven ability to work independently, maintain strict confidentiality, and implement feedback
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Applicants must be available to work onsite Monday to Friday from 8:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- Pay range is $38,000–$48,000 per year DOE
