Job description

The ideal applicant should be knowledgeable with plumbing and fire protection design for a wide range of market sectors, including education, health science, telecommunications, government, and commercial.

Job Expectations:

The candidate will be responsible for executing plumbing designs for projects, creating reports and specifications, and demonstrating a high degree of technical expertise. Fire Protection competence in offering performance-based fire protection design is advantageous. The ideal applicant should be organized and responsive, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The candidate must be able to operate in a multidisciplinary team setting and manage different projects with conflicting priorities.

Desired skills and experience:

• Five years or more of design experience
• Field familiarity with construction administration processes (e.g., field reports, field meetings).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Computer abilities include AutoCad, Revit, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
