Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to join our esteemed team at the University Medical Center (UMC). As a vital member of our academic community, you will play an integral role in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows. The UMC is home to a robust ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program, accepting five residents annually, and offering the Early Specialization in Interventional Radiology Residency (ESIR) pathway. Additionally, we proudly provide eight fellowship programs in various specialties, including Abdominal Imaging, Breast, Cardiothoracic Imaging, General Diagnostic Radiology, Musculoskeletal Imaging, Neuroradiology, Nuclear Medicine, and Pediatric Radiology Fellowships, as well as Interventional Radiology (Independent Residency).

Position Details:

Join a team of 36 dynamic radiologists - Meet our Team
Access to state-of-the-art PACS Stations: McKesson Home PACS, Powerscribe One for Dictation, Cerner EMR
Full-Time position with flexible work arrangements
Call Schedule: Varies by subspecialty, typically once every 6 weeks
Responsibilities:

Expected mix of teaching to clinical work:
80% Clinical
10% Teaching/Education
10% Administration
Teaching: Overreading residents & fellows, contributing to the academic growth
Part-Time Opportunities:

No recurring on-site work
Flexible dates and shifts
Remote work from anywhere in the US
Optional call
Qualifications:

MD/DO
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Radiology
Fellowship-Trained in Cardiothoracic/Chest Imaging or Neuroradiology
Academic rank and salary commensurate with training, academic productivity, and experience
