Position Overview:

In this role, you'll be mentored by seasoned professionals, working closely with the Regional Manager in the office. As part of our dynamic organization, you will play a key role in offering leasing solutions to medium to large commercial clients and vendors.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in finance, banking, business, or relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of equipment finance sales or proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles.
• Experience with TValue and HP 17B or a strong financial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Amenable to utilize LinkedIn.
• Strong professional writing skills.
• Effective problem-solving, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a sales-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

• Derive payments and proposals, achieve 7X variable on salary with a target of 100-110K based on handed-off accounts.

• Work on the Regional VP 's team, exploring additional financing projects.

• Utilize TValue pricing software tool and HP 17B financial calculator with training provided.
• Efficiently use Salesforce for task management, with flexibility in tracking methods.
• Leverage LinkedIn for relationship-building and warm calling, focusing on developing connections.
• Explore opportunities to progress into a hunter or farming role, with ongoing support and training.

• Dig deeper into existing accounts to identify growth opportunities.
