Position Summary:

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Associate I for the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences. Reporting to the Senior Program Coordinator, the Program Associate I of Hudson County will lead a 5-year grant-funded program, Preparing the Next Generation of Urban Food and Agriculture Changemakers (Changemakers) . Leadership of these projects involves teaching youth research-based, experiential educational activities and lessons that help youth develop life skills. For the Changemakers program, the candidate will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of program members (teen and community partners), coordinating meetings, and planning professional development and field trips for teens.
