ROLE BREAKDOWN

Here's your typical schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Tuesday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Every other Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

As an entry-level Plumbing Dispatcher, your main responsibilities involve managing service calls and coordinating our plumbers' schedules. Each day, you check our call board, answer phone calls from customers, and set appointments. You efficiently assign jobs based on priority and technician availability, promptly notifying techs about their next project. After finishing a job, you perform rundowns with each tech. You take on other tasks as needed to support our continued success and ensure total customer satisfaction!

• Reliable transportation
• Computer proficiency

Experience with Microsoft Office or customer relationship management (CRM) software like ServiceTitan would be preferred.
