Successful applicants will be capable of maintaining a safe jobsite while taking charge of the day to day execution of our projects and assigned team members. You will be responsible for:

• Understanding the job, our scope, inherent complexities, and overall schedule for the project
• Laying out the job
• Managing assigned crew by identifying their strengths and weaknesses and continually training and counseling toward improvement
• Planning the logical flow of work to keep manpower productive and profitable
• Listing material requirements, managing and safeguarding material
• Coordinating with other contractors and customers
• Verifying quality of work on a regular basis
• Participating in installation, as required; this is a hands-on position
• Completing daily report paperwork and maintaining as-built drawings
• Maintaining a clean, safe, organized jobsite, including connex and company vehicles

Experience Requirements:

• Commercial HVAC control experience

Additional Requirements:

• Must be in good physical condition, able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record for a minimum of the most recent 3 years
• Must be able to pass E-verify
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must possess all hand tools, benders, and appropriate cordless tools

• Full-time position
