To learn more about our College, visit: Essential Job Duties:The Instructional Designer will report to the Associate Director of Instructional Design and will be part of the Instructional Design Group (IDG) within the Poole College of Management. The Instructional Design Group aims to partner with faculty to improve student success.
To achieve our purpose, the Instructional Design Group partners with Poole College of Management faculty to design and develop high-quality and engaging courses. We help faculty implement course quality assurance standards, create engaging course videos, implement teaching best practices, and integrate instructional design and adult learning theories into online courses and course materials. We help integrate accessibility, universal design, diversity, equity, and inclusion into the college’s programs. Additionally, the team supports faculty and staff learning through training opportunities, online help guides and resources, and individual help calls. These resources are relevant to all modes (e.g., online, in-person) and levels (e.g., undergraduate, graduate) of teaching in the Poole College of Management.N/A
