This position is onsite at our Framingham Office (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday Remote)
Content Specialist will support the program lead for the expansion and optimization of eCommerce PDP content. This role will be responsible for working with a third-party vendor and studio partner to manage daily, weekly and monthly workstream of the PDP Content Process to deliver SKU page images and content as per the project plans to meet project scope and timeline. Responsibilities: Act as an internal point of contact for Staples Brand Management, Content Specialists, Product Management, Product Development, Merchants, and Product Design throughout the PDP Content Process. Coordinate input from all project members in a timely, clear and concise manner to ensure successful delivery. Communicate Staples standard operating procedures to third party vendor. Assist team with Staples systems support. Assist PDP Content Vendor with any gaps for project completion. Work closely with PDP Content Vendor team lead in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential project issues and/or opportunities. Provide regular two-way communication between Staples stakeholders and Content Vendor. Report to the eCommerce Program Manager, providing regular input on all program activity.

Skills:
Qualifications: Entry Level with internship or 1-2 years of experience in corporate environment Project management and coordination experience is required. Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously preferred. Retail brand marketing experience preferred. Ecommerce production, photography and/or CGI and graphic design familiarity preferred. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, assertiveness, and be results oriented. High level of energy and commitment. Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced changing environment. Ability to work independently.
