Job description

Bridgeline Staffing is seeking a dedicated RBT to join a Plymouth, MA School District for the full 23/24 school year. As a RBT, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational experience of students while working closely with teachers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing instructional plans
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Help students with special needs access the curriculum
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and educational professionals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must hold a valid RBT credential
• Experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed
