Position

Singlebrook is seeking a Customer Service and Research Data Assistant for Peerfocus, our Software-as-a-Service platform for research surveys and benchmarking.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assisting Customer Experience Manager with survey lifecycle management, from design and construction to data collection to reporting.
• Data manipulation, including data cleaning, preparation, importing, etc.
• Investigating and troubleshooting issues experienced by customers, including communication with customers and developers as necessary to resolve issues.

Location and Availability

This is a remote position, but we also have space in our Ithaca, NY office if you're in the area or looking to relocate. Working hours are flexible, but should generally be during Eastern Time business hours.

This is a part-time, hourly position. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
