We are centrally located in Dallas at Spring Valley and Dallas North Tollway.
We are looking for a treasury management analyst who wants stability, growth opportunity, and an excellent compensation and benefits package , and has an outgoing personality eager to support all treasury management sales related activities. Responsible for leading data gathering processes and analysis in support of treasury management officers (TMOs), bank clients, prospects and relationship managers (RMs). Will flawlessly handle critical details of implementing new relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend joint calls with TMOS, RMs, clients and prospects to support the sales process and initiate the implementation/onboarding process.
- Oversee Remote Deposit scanner installations at client locations.
- Analyze Account Analysis and Bank Account statements to create proforma pricing.
- Prepare data for proposals and create presentations to win business.
- Responsible for post-meeting deliverables from TMOs and RMs.
- Gather and analyze client data for relationship reviews.
- Coordinate client outreaches for upgrades with new technology projects or process upgrades. Lead client contact and track completion for TMOs.
- Backup TMOs when they are out of the office to answer client or RM questions, attend client or prospect appointments and meet any other client related TM needs.
- Input and track referrals for ancillary third-party products.
- Coordinate and track pending items needing Executive approval.
- Prepare data for ACH and RDC Risk Assessments.
- Analyze data and prepare monthly reports for TM sales, TM fee revenue, product usage and various other TM data.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- High School diploma or equivalent; some bank or college courses preferred
- 5+ years of banking and client service experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience dealing with complex Treasury Management and banking solutions
- Detail oriented with superior analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent time management and organizational and planning skills
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to comfortably meet with clients and prospects in person or over the phone and to convey technical information in a way that is easy for others to understand
- Possess strong technical skills as related to TM Services, file imports/uploads, banking apps, TM software and equipment, such as Remote Deposit Scanners
- Working knowledge of rules and regulations governing TM services such as ACH and RDC
- Understand the end-to-end process for product implementations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm; some variation in work hours
TRAVEL: Occasionally
