We are seeking an experienced senior business operations analyst to join our Zoom global revenue operations team to support strategy and planning for the Global Sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to understand, document and synthesize process and systems requirements to support program initiatives. This will involve being part of defining and implementing new processes, improving existing processes, and supporting operational needs to execute on our strategy.
What You Will be Responsible for
+ Translate business strategies and needs into operational objectives to ensure that the business is ready, including identification of process, operations, and customer delivery failure points and develop a remediation approach.
+ Leading initiatives including development, coordination, & implementation of business processes and measuring adoption & business value of those initiatives.
+ Participate in developing company policies, which may not only affect immediate operations but also other functional areas, geographies, and potentially company-wide operations.
+ Identify and validate business requirements by interfacing with subject matter experts for a function. Extract and translate domain needs into technical and business process requirements including identification of measurement requirements.
+ Create process documentation/workflows and change management plans for the Organization.
+ Implement operational requirements for new products or business models, including insertion into existing process and sales tools, etc.
+ Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels.
+ Navigate a matrix environment, managing senior stakeholders, and communicating effectively across a global and multi-cultural organization.

+ Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills – proven ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights
+ Experience leading with cross functional project execution, and continually driven to improve performance
+ Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate /translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
+ Look for innovation in all that you do, while also operating in the detail of a given process
+ Proven ability to work in a dynamic work environment with shifting priorities
+ Comfortable with ambiguity, and creating analysis for business scenarios that aren’t clearly defined upfront and require iterative problem solving approaches with client groups
What Makes You Qualified
+ 5+ years previous working experience in business and/or sales operations
+ BA/BS in business administration, business analytics, finance or relevant field and disciplines
+ Master’s degree in related discipline is preferred
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Exceptional communication skills including ability to communicate new concepts when interfacing with Business Leaders
+ The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
+ Effectively manages many priorities across the organization and adjust as priorities change
+ A strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced environment with sound business judgment and a focus on problem solving
+ Excellent documentation skills.
+ Critical thinker and creative problem solver
+ Great analytical skills
+ Data-driven approach
+ Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company a plus
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$136,800.00
Maximum:
$239,400.00
