They are in need of a few Production Supervisors to join their team. All 3 shifts are available.
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:- Coaching, training and mentoring employees
- Ensuring product quality
- Meeting production goals
- Implementing continuous improvements
- Working with other plant departments
- Ensuring plant safety
To be considered for the Production Supervisor position you must have:- At least 2 years of previous supervision in a manufacturing or production facility
- Strong communication and organization skills; strong attention to detail
- Ability to work OT on weekends as needed (it is paid)
