Job description

ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced candidates on behalf of our client for:

Commercial Property Manager - Responsible for a portfolio of industrial assets, ensuring properties achieve operational and financial performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of industrial assets.
-Build positive relationships with tenants and vendors by maintaining personal contact.
-Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs and conduct viewings when needed.
-Conduct regular property inspections.
-Ensure services are provided in compliance with contractual obligations.
-Manage financial performance of the properties, prepare monthly reports, including budget variance narrative.
-Prepare annual CAM estimates and reconciliations.
-Abstract leases and understand clauses affecting the operation and income of the property.
-Oversee tenant improvements, capital projects, coordinating with vendors and tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS
-5+ experience managing commercial real estate including industrial.
-Bachelors preferred.
-Working knowledge of budgets, financials, CAM, and variance reporting.
-High visibility at properties, building strong tenant relations with a 'hands on' approach.
-Proficient in Microsoft 365; Yardi or similar property management software.
-Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively present information.
-Valid driver's license required.

Location: Naperville, IL

Compensation: $110,000-$125,000 commensurate with experience plus benefits.
