Job Responsibilities:

Coaching business owner clients, delivering workshops and seminars (online or offline - your preference).
Generating leads through Joint Ventures, Workshops, Interviewing Business Owners, networking, and referrals.
Attending annual conferences and being coachable and accountable.
Key Expectations of the Position:

Coaching Clients:

Conducting direct outreach using proven strategies to schedule 45-minute Zoom meetings.
Utilizing proprietary software to uncover $100K in 45 minutes without client spending on marketing.
Converting 70% of business owners into high-ticket clients.
Demonstrating how our software guarantees 2-3 times the client's monthly coaching fee in their pocket every month.
Delivery of Workshops, Seminars, and Training Programs:

Utilizing proprietary software to identify opportunities for any business to gain $100K in 45 minutes without marketing expenses.
Implementing a proven system to fill online events and convert 80% of attendees into clients.
Lead Generation Strategies:

Establishing JV partnerships using our proven strategy.
Conducting interviews with small business owners for our magazine.
Networking at local business functions and events.
Implementing email campaigns to convert leads.
Inviting small business owners to your Online Training.
