Job description

1 Resource Group is currently seeking an experienced Scaffold Builder Foreman's to join our team. Our client, a leading construction company, specialize in providing high-quality scaffold solutions to clients in the Holly Springs, NC area. The Scaffold Builder Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the scaffold construction process, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to client specifications. We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who can effectively lead a team of Scaffold Builders and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the scaffold building process, including the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold structures.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.

Plan and schedule scaffold construction activities, coordinating with project managers and other trades.

Maintain accurate records of scaffold inventory, materials, and equipment.

Train and mentor Scaffold Builders, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scaffold Builder.
• Prior experience as a Scaffold Builder Foreman or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of scaffold construction techniques and industry safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA 30 certification is required
• NCCER Certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

$28.00-$32.00 hr DOE
