Position Overview:
As a Senior Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing complex billings for submission to our valued customers. Your work will involve a variety of project types, including FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, and IWOs, catering to both government agencies and commercial companies. Join us in engaging with accounts receivable collections, analysis, and financial reconciliations, collaborating closely with Project Accounting teams, Program Managers, Project Financial Controllers, and Contract Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly invoices according to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with deliverable deadlines.
Analyze unbilled receivables monthly against standard reports, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Initiate effective communication with external and internal customers to address billing inquiries and collection issues.
Contribute to the production of year-end indirect rate variance invoices.
Qualifications:
7+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of Contracts Billing experience.
Experience processing and validating contract types (T&M, FFP, CPFF) and handling closeout bills, including year-end indirect rate variance invoices.
1+ years of recent experience using Deltek Costpoint 7 or above.
