Job description
McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in the spice, flavor, and seasonings industry, is seeking a full-time Material Planner . This position will work in South Bend, Indiana. The Material Planner will report to the Department Manager . The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years work experience in operations, logistics or similar manufacturing support role, minimum 1 year experience in a supply chain area specifically within materials / inventory management.
Demonstrated computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point.
Past exposure to planning using Material Requirements Planning and other systems.Assertive and tenacious, results focused
Ability to remain calm under pressure and think outside of the box
Customer focused and committed to building effective internal and external working relationships
innovative, flexible and adaptable
Good organizational and planning skills
Ability to work well as part of a cross functional team
Competent written and oral communication skills, including ability to give effective presentations
