Salary Range: $21.00 to $24.00 (Depending on experience)

Role & Responsibilities:

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing daily activities and programs tailored to the needs and interests of the individuals with disabilities. This may include recreational activities, educational sessions, social outings, and life skills development. They will also oversee a team of support staff by providing guidance, supervision, and training to ensure that they are equipped to effectively support individuals with disabilities.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job the incumbent will have to sit, stand and or walk for the majority of the shift. The incumbent is required to regularly talk or hear while fulfilling the duties of the job. The incumbent may have to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move more than 75 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions or a heightened noise level in the environment may vary. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
