The Role:

We seek a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Enablement Specialist. The Enablement Specialist is essential to the Enablement Team, part of the Customer Experience division. The role provides valuable training and coaching to Terra Dotta customers on primarily Outgoing / Travel Risk products. This role collaborates with many internal departments and contributes to essential functions such as the Learning Center and Live Chat. In this role, you will train customers on best practices for using our software products. You will work closely with our Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure customers receive the necessary training to achieve optimal results with the Terra Dotta platforms.
