Job description

SPS Commerce is growing- The HR Total Rewards Team is expanding with the addition of a brand-new Benefits Analyst role. The Benefits Analyst performs research and provides comprehensive analysis to provide recommendations for enhancements, additions and changes to benefit and wellbeing plan designs and programs. In addition, the Benefits Analyst collaborates with the SPS Benefits Team, brokers, and vendors to support employee education, enrollment, participation, and engagement with SPS benefit and wellbeing plans and programs.

This is a hybrid role based out of our MN office.

The Day-to-Day

 

The Benefits Analyst will be the primary point of contact supporting day-to-day administration of U.S. and Global plans and programs. As the Benefits Analyst, you’ll draft communication, develop education and enrollment materials, plan and coordinate programs and events, and create and deliver presentations for employees and SPS teams. You’ll also ensure compliance with SPS, U.S. and Global regulatory requirements, working with the compliance team.
