Job description

Responsibilities of the Mechanic include:

· Assembly of new bikes, completion of quality repairs in a complete and efficient manner, perform on-the-spot service and assessment.

· Follow bike service check in procedures.

· Constructive selling of service and accessories

· Price Quotations/Writing Service and sequencing of repairs.

· Know and follow all store procedures and policies

· Continued learning about products, services, and events.

· Guide customers to information regarding rides, events, and cycling/multisport programming.

· Facilitate the customer experience between sales and service.

· Assisting the team with opening and closing duties.

· Other tasks as assigned.
