At Chick-fil-A Kendall, we believe that Team Members come first! We created the first ever self-scheduling app for restaurant staff called Shift Fish. This scheduling app allows team members to create their own schedules every week. Shift Fish eliminates the need for you to ask for time off or submit availability changes. Need time off? Simply do not sign up for a shift that day. Need to change your availability? Simply search for other shift times that fit best with your schedule preferences.
