- Hours: Monday-Friday, office also open 1/2 day Saturdays.
- Required Travel: Oswego, Plainfield
What you will need: - One to two years of previous physician practice experience
- Registered Nurse licensure required & CPR certification required
- A valid driver's license if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off site location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested
General Summary: Supervises clinical personnel activities in order to ensure high quality patient care, determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments and approves overtime. Serves as resource person for clinic personnel in resolving operational and patient care problems and provides professional patient care as needed.
Collaborates with Practice Manager and Physician Dyad leader to deliver quality care for assigned clinical areas during all days and hours of operation. Provides supervision of clinical staff. Coordinates and evaluates daily operations and clinical staff to ensure the delivery of quality care in the department. Acts as a clinical expert, resource and liaison to assure continuity of care for patients. Cultivates an atmosphere of patient focused care through Planetree Philosophy. Oversees nurses as defined by the Illinois Nurse Practice Act.
This is a very busy OB practice with 6 providers who see patients in 3 locations. Will be supervising the staff of 6 Providers and practice will be growing. Benefits: - Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and Development
