Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Senior Care Organization located in Delray Beach, FL. This company is a recognized expert in the field of hospice & palliative care. We are now seeking candidates for a full-time Night RN Manager opportunity for their Inpatient Care Center.


Position: RN Manager - Nights

Location: Delray Beach, FL

Schedule: Flexible 10hr Night Shifts and Weekend Rotation

Duties:

• Serve as team leader in supervising, assessing, planning, guiding and evaluating patient care
• Interacts with management, physicians, and field staff utilizing teamwork approach
• Assists with training and evaluation of all team clinical personnel

Qualifications:

• FL RN License
• At least two (2) years of nursing experience in long term care, home health care, or public/health experience
• At least one (1) year of nursing supervising experience
• Expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques
