Job Title: Estimator (3+ years of commercial experience)
Location: Seattle, Washington
Salary: $110k-$170k depending on experience
Requirement: 3+ years of experience in commercial construction projects

We are a leading employee owned General Contractor in the Seattle, Washington area. We specialize in Commercial, Multi-Family, Healthcare, and Mixed Use Construction.
We are looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to join our team in the Seattle area.

What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you'll be estimating costs and preparing bids for clients in the commercial construction industry. You'll also be working with clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you'll be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
What You Need for this Position
- 3 years experience in commercial estimating
